Echo E-Business introduces E-Business Evolution 2009 - 24th March, 2009
PricewaterhouseCoopers, J.P. Morgan, John Lewis Direct, Linden Lab (Second Life) and Cancer Research UK have teamed up with Echo E-Business, the independent consultancy, to examine the evolution and future of business on the web.
The E-Business Evolution 2009 white paper features articles written by senior figures from some of the biggest names in finance, professional services, retail, charity and technology. It also offers independent analysis from Deborah Collier, managing director of Echo E-Business, who has worked closely with companies including John Lewis, Kenwood and The Landmark London. She has 13 years’ experience in the industry, and was the creator of the COB Certified E-Business Manager qualification.
“E-business has come a really long way since the birth of the web – and with the recession getting deeper, Internet strategies will inevitably change,” said Collier. “At Echo E-Business, we wanted to talk to some of the most important organisations in the UK – and globally – to examine how and why e-business has evolved.” “We also wanted to look at what the future holds for e-business: how it will change to cope with economic conditions and how it varies from sector to sector,” she added. “The white paper is unique in uniting so many big names to give their experience and expertise.”
